ShreeM Education (“ShreeM”, “we”) helps graduates find jobs and helps employers hire job-ready people. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- ✓ Details you give us in our forms: name, phone / WhatsApp number, qualification, graduation year, the kind of job you want, your current situation and any message you write.
- ✓ Your pre-assessment answers and score, and the skill-gap analysis we generate from them.
- ✓ Your resume / CV, if you choose to upload one.
- ✓ For employers: company name, contact person, phone, email and hiring requirements.
- ✓ Basic technical data needed to run and protect the website (IP address and time of submission, used only to prevent spam and misuse).
Why we use it
- ✓ To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your application, assessments, training and interviews.
- ✓ To send you status updates about your application, including automated WhatsApp messages.
- ✓ To match you with suitable job openings and recommend job-readiness programs.
- ✓ To share your candidate profile with our hiring partners — only for job opportunities you applied for or were matched with.
Who we share it with
- ✓ Employer / hiring partners of ShreeM Education, for recruitment purposes only.
- ✓ Service providers that help us operate: our web hosting provider and WhatsApp (Meta) for sending messages.
- ✓ We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- ✓ Application data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
- ✓ You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- ✓ You can withdraw your consent at any time — we will stop contacting you and remove your profile from our talent pool (this does not affect processing already done).
- ✓ To exercise these rights, write to us at the contact below. We respond within 30 days.
Security
- ✓ Your data is stored in a password-protected database; resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to authorised ShreeM staff.
